Description

We are looking for a cook to join our fast-paced team in Costessey in Norwich where we are looking for Production / Manufacturing Chef's where we will produce up to 1200 meals a day.

Duties will include

Production of meals in large quantities in a busy environment daily
Ensuring all food is produced to the quality and standards we would expect
Keeping the kitchen and equipment clean and tidy
Ensure Food Hygiene/Environmental Health paperwork and Health & Safety regulations are adhered to at all times.
To maintain confidentiality and observe Data protection and associated guidelines where appropriate
Have the ability to organise, record, and manufacture meals.
Have a friendly and approachable manner with a positive work ethic
High level of communication
Prompt time keeping
Accurately record daily meals produced
Able to work on own initiative
Be presentable and clean at all time
You may be required to work Alternate Weekends
