£35,000-£40,000

JGT Recruitment has partnered with a prestigious, international Manufacturing business in their search for a Site Manager based in Redditch.

You will have day to day responsibility for the whole Manufacturing site.

This includes but not limited to:

Production output, quality, material scheduling and H&S.
You will control and monitor inventory levels, both raw materials and finished goods, and external customer orders to ensure all customer delivery schedules are adhered to.
The Site Manager will own day to day relationships with all Global depots and external orders including Company Installations & Sales teams with the aim of fulfilling all product requirements, whilst controlling costs, rationalising inventory and improvingFactory stock holding methods and systems.

In order to be considered for this role, you bust already have some Leadership experience, ideally gained in a manufacturing site.

You must also live within an easy commuting distance from Redditch.
