HR & Recruitment Administrator - Role Profile

Job Overview
Established in 2016, CC Nurseries group currently provides high quality Early Childhood provision across England and Scotland. We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our growing team to oversee our HR and recruitment onboarding process.

Job Title:
HR & Recruitment Administrator

Position Type:
Permanent - Part time

Hours of work: 20 Hours per week per week part time

Job Summary:
To provide efficient, high quality recruitment support ensuring compliance with employment law and best practice. To manage employee files and oversee various HR procedures.


Key Responsibilities**:

  • Working on own initiative to respond to personnel queries.
  • Produce recruitment documents including staff contracts.
  • Organise and maintain employee files ensuring contract details are up to date.
  • Administer annual leave and other leave for new starters.
  • Assist finance department by providing relevant employee information for new employees into the Group
  • Liaise with external partners, like private health care schemes and ensure legal compliance (Sovereign and Vitality)
  • Administer recruitment of new staff
  • Ensure that individual staff files are complete and contain all the legally required documents from onboarding
  • Ensure that the Data Protection Act is adhered to with regards the treatment of staff information.

Experience, Skills & Qualifications**:

Requirements:


  • A solid background in Personnel and recruitment procedures
  • Able to display very high knowledge of computer skills software including Word and Excel
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Working on own initiative and proactively seek solutions.
  • Possess a high degree of attention to detail
  • Willingness to work flexibly and the ability to develop positive working relationships with a broad range of people.
  • Dedication and commitment to working to a high standard.
