Description
Would you like to join our Specialist Perinatal Community Mental Health Team (SPCMHT), making a real difference to the lives of women, their babies and families?

Working in the SPCMHT will give you the opportunity to develop your professional skills whilst working alongside a dedicated MDT.

There are lots of training opportunities and you will be encouraged and supported to develop your professional interests.

You will have support from a senior Clinical Psychologist within your role and will be part of a wider supportive network of Clinical Psychologists, Psychological Therapists, Assistant Psychologists and Trainee Clinical Psychologists from across the Perinatal Service.

As expected, the post requires travel in the Hub area but also across the wider service footprint on occasion.

We aim to provide an excellent, comprehensive Perinatal Mental Health Service and we do this by intervening during pre-conception, pregnancy, and up to 2 years post-partum; providing ongoing training and supervision to professionals from multiple disciplines; and improving pathways and processes for women, their families and professionals.

Effective relationship building and team work is central to this.
