Receptionist/Admin Assistant Role

Hours are 12.30pm-5.30pm Monday - Friday.

The role involves dealing with the daily running of the garage and workshop. Greeting customers and taking details of their requirements. Taking bookings over the phone and in person. Liaising with the vehicle technicians as to work to be done. Ordering parts from various suppliers daily. Speaking to customers to gain permission for work. Invoicing. Other tasks to keep the office running smoothly, which may include filing and inputting data.

The applicant must be polite, happy, and confident when speaking to customers and have excellent customer service skills. They should have the ability to quickly pick up and retain new information. They should be able to keep calm during busy periods, prioritise work and make decisions when necessary. Light cleaning duties to maintain a clean and tidy reception and working area.

Administrative Duties:
