Description
Due to growth of the business we are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our St Albans team. We are a small, friendly company with offices based in St Albans.Duties will include:
- Working closely with other consultants
- Working with schools and nurseries to understand their recruitment needs
- Abiding by company policies and procedures, ensuring that safeguarding and safer recruitment practices are implemented throughout every stage of the recruitment process, with the help of our admin and compliance team
- Uploading and inputting confidential information onto the company database
- Occasional client visits
- Experience in a similar role or as a resourcer/office based customer service role
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- A flexible and proactive attitude to work with good multitasking skills
- Good Microsoft Office/IT skills
- Good customer service/telephone manner
- Be a good team player
- A driving licence (for occasional client visits)
- A positive, enthusiastic and fun approach to work
