About the role
As the Database & Analysis lead, you will be a core member of our friendly and busy Database team during a very exciting time.
As part of the CRM Team, you will support the organisations wide use of the CRM and ensure that processes are efficient, considered and regularly reviewed.
You will ensure the charity's data it is clean and up to date and be responsible for the importing and exporting of data to support teams across the charity.

Here are some of the things you'll be doing as the Database & Analysis Lead:
- Responsible for the day to day management of our Dynamics 365 CRM.
- Maintain functionality of Dynamics, including development of new fields, functions and forms.
- Understand the technical needs and requirements of teams across the charity.
- Provide training and support alongside the CRM Team.
- Create and build Microsoft Flows to automate business processes and integrations.
- Manage and maintain integrations with Dynamics including DotDigital and our online giving sites.
- Maintain and update CRM portal where required.
- Act as the main technical contact with Dynamics partner
- Serve as escalation point for issues that the Database Officer cannot resolve.
- Support the production of marketing lists for teams across the charity.
- Responsible for ensuring all users are using the system correctly and efficiently in accordance with agreed policies and procedures.
- Maintain issues in shared service desk system to the team's agreed service level standards.
- Support in planning, testing and documenting larger system changes and upgrades.
- Undertake any other delegated duties or tasks within the responsibility of the post.
- Ensure equality, diversity and inclusion and the voices of those with disability are considered in all aspects of the post
- Ensure compliance with charity policies and all relevant legislation.
- Demonstrate behaviours in line with the charity values and maintain the reputation and standing of the charity
About you
You will:
- Be a competent, efficient user of Microsoft Dynamics 365 technology especially for managing and manipulating data.
- Have experience of automating processes, e.g. Power Automate or KingsWaySoft SSIS
- Have Knowledge and expertise using SQL
- Be able to demonstrate experience managing and configuring a Dynamics 365 System.
- Have strong marketing data selection experience
- Have experience providing support to a userbase or running a support desk.
- Have the ability to communicate technical concepts and issues to nontechnical stakeholders in a clear and simple manner.
- Be able to find solutions to complex data problems.
- Have strong Excel skills.
- Have experience in recruiting, managing and developing colleagues to live our values and work within Scope's HR and operational policies and procedures.
