We have a fantastic opportunity for a Head Receptionist to join our team here at Coopers Vets

This is a new position where the emphasis will be on leading and co-ordinating the reception team, therefore we are really looking for someone with strong leadership skills and someone who is focussed on developing and supporting the team.

Main duties would include:

Rota management
Banking
Team management including training and development
Answering the telephone, booking appointments and processing prescription requests
Dealing with clients at the reception desk, taking payments and dealing with enquiries
Accurately recording client and animal information on our IT system, so good IT skills would be preferable
Cleaning duties are involved
Previous receptionist experience
Experience managing teams will be highly beneficial
Excellent organisational and communication skills

The salary for this position will be from £22,000 depending on experience.
