Bar Supervisor - We are looking for the an important piece of the puzzle for our independent flagship live music venue in Birmingham.

The Victoria serves local beers and fantastic cocktails in a vibrant and buzzy atmosphere. The role will suit an experienced and enthusiastic individual that has experience working in a live music venue and late nights

We are recruiting for a passionate, hands-on Manager who must be:

  • Inspiring to their team and a natural leader
  • Extremely competent in driving business growth
  • A recruitment, training and development professional
  • Happy working closely with the venue management team, Operations Manager and Managing Director towards common goals of sales growth and happy guests
  • Interested in, and capable with using social media
  • Knowledge cocktails/real ales and craft beers
  • Preferably worked in a cocktail serving environment previously.


The Manager will strive for service and product excellence, helping to continue to put the venue and the group firmly in the hearts of the Birmingham people and growing a strong presence on the bar and cocktail scene.


Fed up of working 60/70 hours a week with no work/life balance and having no input into how your restaurant progresses.


Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£11.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:
