We're looking for an officer support administrator to join us here on a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract basis We're looking for someone who is:
- Super organised
- Able to to provide administrative/reception support
- Able to ensure the efficient operation of our new Southeast Hub Office.

Here's some of the key work that you will be doing...

- You'll be the first point of contact for those attending the South East Regional Hub and be the main point of administrative support in Horsham.
- Manage calls on site, answering calls to reception, forwarding as appropriate and dealing with queries as they arise
- Supporting all staff in ensuring that the office is kept tidy in support of the Hybrid Working model and Clear Desk Policy.
- Fire / First aid Coordinator; ensure sufficient Fire Warden / First Aid cover each week / Keep posters up to date / order first aid kit supplies
- Order and keep track of all office supplies, business stationery, kitchenware and consumables.
- Administration of general post, orders and invoices
- Liaise with the Property Operations Manager, National Facilities Coordinator and contractors to keep on top of all visits in support of compliance targets.
- Supporting the National Facilities Manager and National Facilities Coordinator
- Respond to queries received via central switchboard passing to the relevant department to resolve
- To ensure the Southeast Regional Hub is kept maintained and escalate any faults and issues
- Assisting with the administration of the Hub's car parking

- GCSE level qualification or equivalent.
- Highly organised and ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks
- Must be articulate and have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint and Google
- Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
