HOLIDAY HOME SALES ADVISOR

Holiday Park | South West - Devon (Temporary Accommodation Available)

Permanent | Full time

Salary:
£25,000 plus commissions OTE upto approx £60-70k (commission structure TBC at interview stage)

We have an excellent position available for an out going and charismatic Holiday Home Advisor at one of our clients stunning holiday resorts in beautiful Devon.

This position will see you maximising sales of holiday homes and working as a successful and motivated sales advisor in order to create potential buyers with their dream holiday home.


Role Responsibilities:


  • Being a motivating team member within a small group of holiday home sales advisors
  • Maximizing sales for the resort and selling either luxury lodges or caravans
  • Maintaining high standards of customer service and ensure your buyers are well looked after
  • Adhereing to and promoting the Company Values along with Company best practice and legal compliance
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with owners, holiday potential homeowners, internal and external customers
  • Gaining feedback from new buyers and acting accordingly
  • Resolving customer queries by using a positive approach and putting yourself in the customers' shoes
  • Deal effectively and efficiently with customer concerns and compliments following the company guidelines
  • Maintain a continuous positive dialogue with customers to ensure the sale of holiday homes is supported from initial transaction to final delivery and handover including a full and final check on all relevant documentation
  • Monitor and help proactively resolve any after sales complaints to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Encouraging potential upgrades and upselling to potential buyers
