Walton, Liverpool

39 hours per week

£22,129 per annum

We are looking for a resilient and friendly Senior Support Worker to join a team that works in partnership with people who use our services, to enable them to live as independently as possible and to be part of their local community.


You will have a can do approach and be committed to supporting people in a positive, creative way that enables people to live a fulfilled life.

You will demonstrate best practice and be a role model for the team. You will receive ongoing support to ensure your continued professional development and enthusiasm for the role.


An NVQ or Diploma Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care is desirable, but a genuine passion for providing person centred support is key to being successful in the role of a Senior Support Worker.

In return, Autism Initiatives will provide you with a full induction and ongoing learning to support you to obtain qualifications pertinent to the role.
