37.5 hours per week

Join our innovative project in Colwyn Bay

Ty Enfys is designed to fund the provision of independent housing. We've transformed a former shop into a hub for community support and housing solutions. With the accommodation above we're providing housing for individuals experiencing homelessness or rental barriers in Colwyn Bay.

Our downstairs area has been reopened as a vibrant shop, selling coffee, cake, and snacks, allowing us to self-fund resident support.

This space also hosts recovery groups, community artisans, Welsh language classes, and more.

Duties to include:

Management of building including Heath & Safety aspects
Engage with disadvantaged local people, conducting needs assessments, interventions and case reviews
Coordinate and lead training workshops
Recruit, oversee and train a team of volunteers
Fundraising and promotion of service within the local community

Sanctuary Trust are IIP accredited and are Disability Confident Committed
