As part of its ongoing growth plans, it is seeking an ambitious Employee Benefits Consultant with a strong strategic and consultancy focus to lead the account management of its existing key clients, acting as the face of the business.

The role will also involve the onboarding and ongoing development of new clients.


This is a brand new role, and a key hire to the business and will involve developing and deepening relationships with Accounts, as well as driving revenue through the promotion of the broad proposition suite.

The individual will also take on responsibility for the oversight of a small team of Administrators.
