Westminster Kingsway College is currently seeking an experienced and passionate Head of School for English and Maths to lead our exceptional team.

This role is newly available due to our current Head of School's promotion.


About the role:


As the Head of School, you will play a critical role in our leadership team, overseeing the effective management of English and Maths provision and ensuring the delivery of high-quality curricula in line with our Group's overall strategy.

You will provide strong leadership and be responsible for quality assurance and improvement across the college. Key responsibilities include conducting lesson and tutorial observations, producing self-assessment reports, and leading quality improvement plans.

You will also inspire our staff to be innovative in all aspects of teaching and learning and incorporate e-learning into their practices.
