Description
I'm currently looking for a Head of Quality to join a leading Pharmaceutical business based in the Surrey region.

As the Head of Quality you will be responsible for providing leadership and development of the QA and QC functions, as well as the following:


KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Your duties as the Head of Quality will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:

Review and approve validation activities and documentation on new process introduction or process changes to ensure regulatory requirements are achieved.

Ensure that the QMS is fit for purpose and meets the needs of the regulators, ensuring it is managed and maintained to comply to required regulations.

Implement systems and ensure they are in place for Deviations, CAPA's, OOs and customer complaint investigations, making sure they are completed in a timely and efficient manner.

Ensure batch manufacturing and packaging documentation is reviewed and approved by the QA team to required time-lines to ensure and support product release.


ROLE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Relevant degree within a Science discipline.
  • Proven industry experience of Sterile injectable products.
  • A working knowledge and practical experience of MHRA inspections.
