About the role

Due to our growing Higher Education provision, including the planned expansion of our programme offer, we have exciting opportunities for highly passionate and industry-relevant Senior Lecturers to play a critical role in the delivery of our innovative and unique 2-year accelerated degree which includes industry placement and mentoring opportunities.

We are looking for academics with expertise in the following areas:

Digital Marketing and Social Media management;
Data Analysis and Analytics

The Senior Lecturer will plan, organise and deliver exceptional teaching activities for their module, ensuring every student receives the highest quality teaching, learning and feedback, successfully preparing them for roles in industry.

The Senior Lecturer will be responsible for leading on the delivery and creation of industry-relevant module content, in line with the course and wider programme objectives.

With the support of the Course Leader, they will be responsible for quality monitoring and reporting of module progress and proactively initiating recommendations for improvement.

The Senior Lecturer will personally adopt excellent teaching, learning and monitoring practices and will be dedicated to role modelling these and sharing knowledge within the team.

About you

We are interested in applicants who are experienced lecturers in Higher Education and/or direct from the fashion industry.
You will have digital data skills with an understanding of the fashion industry and how brands use data.
Creative and enthusiastic, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
An innovative and openminded approach to curriculum design and development.
