We have a rewarding opportunity available for a
Female Triage Worker to join our
Help When You Need It team based in
Bristol.
You will join us on a
part time, fixed term contract, working
18.75 hours each week and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of
Point 7 £24,294 pro rata
and
benefits.

About the Female Triage Worker role
What we are looking for in our ideal Female Triage Worker:
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate clearly and concisely to match the needs of the caller
- Be confident using a case management system to record client contact and data
- Evidence of the ability to provide respectful, nonjudgemental and confidential support to women
- An understanding of the emotional and practical needs of women relating to mental health.
- Experience of conducting assessments and risk assessments.
- The ability to effectively manage difficult or emergency situations
- Experience of working in partnership with a range of statutory and voluntary agencies
- An understanding of allocating a case load to support workers
- Knowledge of services and organisations around Bristol
- Knowledge of what it means to work in a psychologically informed environment
- Ability to work with colleagues, external agencies and clients face to face and via virtual platforms
