Finance Manager

Dynamite Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Finance Manager to join a growing PE backed SME business based in Fareham.

This position will be reporting into the Head of Finance and be responsible for developing and implementing improvement and the company'stransactional processes.


The Finance Manager Role:

  • Preparation of the monthly management accounts to include a profit and loss account, balance sheet reconciliations and monthly journals
  • Responsible for the company's nominal ledgers and managing a small team through month and year end
  • Provide detailed variance analysis and reporting to the Head of Finance
  • Assist with budget preparation and cashflow forecasting

The Ideal Finance Manager:

  • Previous experience within a similar position
  • Team management experience
  • ACA/ACCA or CIMA qualified
  • Experience working within an environment with multiple sites/offices
