At DOF, we are seeking an Office Services Coordinator to take on diverse responsibilities at our Waterloo Quay location. If you are ready to make a difference and contribute to creating a welcoming atmosphere for our staff and visitors, read on


As an Office Services Coordinator you have a verity of tasks ensuring that the office is maintained to a high standard overseeing general facilities management and building maintenance in addition to ensuring our office surpasses statutory requirements.

You will do general office administrations and coordination and take responsibility for IT set up for new starters in conjunction with Marin IT, including provision of hardware and set up.

In this role you will also collaborate with the landlord and handyman to address repairs promptly.


As an Office Services Coordinator, you will play a vital role in maintaining our standards and making sure our office is well preserved at all times.
