A super opportunity with one of the regions leading not for profit organisations working in the care sector.

Currently going through IT transformation we need a hands on IT expert to help them on this key journey to the organisation.

This is an exciting and innovative new senior management team role to lead the strategy and development of IT and digital strategy.

Role Responsibilities:

Leading all aspects of digital development as well as working with the CEO and senior leadership to develop and deliver the group digital strategy
Overseeing a comprehensive assessment of all data silos
Driving forward system development and change where necessary to enable delivery of the digital strategy
Working with the organisation to develop key digital user stories that meet the needs of the wider business strategy
Consultation with the group to understand the key business reporting requirements at both strategic and operational levels
For the purposes of comprehensive business reporting and automated workflow management to manage the integration of all data and the layering on of suitable systems
To implement appropriate staff digital training platforms inline with the evolution of systems and the digital strategy
Ensure software and hardware infrastructure is capable of supporting the digital strategy
Create and support an environment of digital innovation that has benefit for and is supported by all stakeholders

Role Requirements:

Experience working as a technical senior manager/director at large and complex organisations leading their digital transformation
Knowledge of modern digital landscapes within organisations and proven technical leadership skills for delivering transformation
A track record of leading in the evaluation, design and implementation of largescale changes that enhance the use of data within organisations
A capacity to manage large scale budgets as well as the ability to work closely with all organisation stakeholders and instigate effective change
An ability to stretch across the organisation from leadership and collaboration at a governance level to technical and project work at a data/operations level
