Description
We are looking for a Service Coordinator to join our team in Royston. You will have strong experience in a support administration position.

This an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Coordinator to join our Service team in Royston. You will manage quotations, invoices, service agreements and all aspects of customer information.

You will build strong relationships with our customers, work collaboratively with internal teams and ensure that all tasks are managed accurately and in a timely manner.

This team has an important function in supporting Service Engineers, implementing processes, and coordinating with cross functions.


We are a friendly and busy team, so come and work for us The role is based on site at our Royston office.


What you will accomplish together with us

  • Scheduling engineer appointments
  • Raising quotations
  • Creating service agreements and following up on those
  • Updating customer details
  • Managing invoices and liaising with our finance department
  • Checking that the received documentation is in order
  • Ordering service agreement consumables
  • Running regular reports
  • Collaborating with the Service team

What will convince us

  • Strong experience in a support administration position
  • Experience within a related industry is desirable
  • Autonomous and organised, able to take ownership of varied processes
  • Previous experience in SAP |Service Module| and/or Salesforce/Bluefolder is desirable
  • Able to build relationships with people internally and externally
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Attention to detail
