Responsibilities and Duties:
- Purchase goods, materials, components or services in line with specified cost, quality and delivery targets.
- Build, maintain and manage supplier relationships.
- Communicate any supply issues which may impact on business operations.
- Monitor and advise on any issues which present risk or opportunity to the organisation.
- Provide analysis on cost and review cost reduction activities.
- Ability to work to a high standard both independently and as part of a multidisciplined team within a busy environment.
- Demonstrate a positive safety culture at all times.
- Promoting high levels of customer service and professionalism at all times.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Able to manage time effectively, prioritise tasks and achieve set targets.
- Computer literate, with good Excel knowledge.
- Full Driving licence
Package:
- 42 Hours per Week
- Monday to Thursday 8.00am 5.00pm & Friday pm
- Overtime and weekend work may be required.
- Salary
- Dependant on experience
- 28 days holiday inclusive of Bank Holidays
- Auto enrolled onto the company pension scheme
