Join our dynamic team as a Change Coordinator and take ownership of planning, managing, and delivering the exciting Lift & Shift elements of our moves and changes department.
As our Change Coordinator, you will be the driving force behind ensuring that our service professionals and operations team are equipped with the skills, knowledge, and behaviours necessary to meet the needs of our customers with precision, care, and compliance with all safety, legal, and ISS requirements.

Key Responsibilities_**_
- Planning, coordinating, and implementing change projects, tasks, and logistics UK wide
- Managing daytoday small moves, office reconfigurations, and replacement furniture requests
- Generating tasks and requests for maintenance or services that are related to moves and/or engineering services
- Deliver the works as required in the most convenient and costeffective manner, working closely with subcontractors to make sure a smooth seamless service is being delivered as per agreement
- Compile reports, quotations, raise PO's and work with MAC team daily
- Keep track of all work in progress and completed works to align with financial budgets monthly
Professional and personal competencies/qualifications_**_
- Demonstrate experience in managing financial tracking and operations
- Demonstrate experience of estimating project costs, and presenting high quality cost documents to customers
- Demonstrate experience of managing and coordinating move projects
- Full Driving License is required
- Willingness to travel when required
- Demonstrate experience of managing time to deliver quality information to stakeholders.
- Knowledge of using Facil (FM Management system) would be preferred
- Computer literacy, competent with the Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Office 365
