What you'll be doing:


  • Registering vehicles and managing records whilst monitoring any orders on your account
  • Ensuring all preparation work on customer vehicles is completed on time
  • Keeping in contact with customers and progress on their vehicles
  • Processing quotations, liaising with other departments, producing invoices, purchasing stock & finalising forms

What we need from you:


  • An exceptional level of attention to detail and highly organised
  • Strong background in administration and competent using MS Office packages
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Previous experience is essential

- £24,000 to £26,000 per annum depending on experience

  • 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
