Chubb Fire & Security is currently recruiting a full time, permanent
Administrator to join our
customer excellence support team team in
Blackburn.


The main goal of this role is to provide an efficient administration service to ensure that all customer requirements are delivered in a professional and timely manner and that the department maintains an excellent reputation for customer care.


Job Description:


What You'll Be Doing As An Administrator

  • Proactive management of outstanding joborders, service and call outs
  • Extensive customer liaison to resolve queries, providing excellent customer service at all times
  • Proof reading and production of risk assessment documentation
  • Daily invoicing of fire consultancy orders
  • Preparation of reports and weekly KPI information

Working Hours: 37.5 hrs per week | Monday - Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm


Here at Chubb, we promote a
flexible working hours model where possible, and strive to accommodate earlier start / finish times ie
9.30am - 5.30pm / 8.30am - 4.

30pm | We will also consider
4 day working weeks

Qualifications:


  • Experience of administration support in a busy environment
  • Demonstrate a professional attitude and exemplary customer service skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Have a good level of IT literacy
  • Experience of working on your own initiative as well as part of a team
  • Customer service experience
Additional Information

Salary £21,500 - £22,000 per annum
