Content Scheduler and Admin Assistant
Start date. - ASAP

Monday - Friday: 8.30/ /5.30pm


We are an award winning digital solutions agency with a large portfolio of retail and commercial clients including Argos, L'Oreal, WH Smith, Lloyds Banking Group, O2, TJX Europe, Wagamama and many more.


The role will be responsible for the day to day support to Client Services department in all administration duties and content scheduling.


  • Taking instruction from several Client Services Managers to complete admin tasks in tracking documents for key accounts
  • Input of quotes into official quotes via our ERP system
  • Cross referencing quote and sales order numbers across 2 systems including data input
  • Learning Content Management Systems to have the ability to schedule digital content across all key accounts for their instore digital displays and advertising

Absolute essentials for this role are:

  • Proficiency with Word, Excel & Power point
  • Demonstrate excellent organisation skills and the ability to prioritise and multitask in a busy paced team

Reporting to
Natalie Woodall - Commercial Director


The role is specifically required to liaise with all Client Services Managers and Executives to support in all admin duties for account management.


Flexibility and ability to manage your own workload is paramount as Pixel have over 90 key clients and 15 Client Services Managers.

As a fast-paced agency, we expect you to hit the ground running and develop the role in line with business needs under
- taking related duties as required.


The company will provide you with training and access to all systems, for you to achieve the level of competency required.

You may be asked to perform other duties that the management feel is within your area of expertise and your co-operation is essential.

We have on-site parking and on-site kitchen facilities with a fun agency environment.


Salary
Upto £20,500 dependant on experience.
