Reed Accountancy are delighted to be assisting a global brand to find their next Payroll Administrator based at one of their busy sites, in Thurrock.
The company have devised tailor-made logistics solutions to allow the movement ofproducts by road, rail, ship, and pipeline, providing safe and reliable deliveries to their customers.
Key Duties include but are not limited to:
- Payroll Administration(Excel)
- Responsible for all administrative duties in relation to transport operation
- Assisting traffic desk in completing relevant duties
- Ensuring operations and paperwork remains compliant with reliant legislation and policies/procedures
- Scanning and archiving paperwork
- Maintaining Accurate Records
Key Skills required for this role:
- Transport experience preferred but not essential
- Experience with Excel, Word and PowerPoint

- Good numeric skills

- Strong analytical and numeracy skills
- Enthusiastic and energetic personality
- Ability to work on own initiative, demonstrates organizational skills
- Good Personal and timemanagement skills

On site:
Full Time Monday to Friday
- after induction.
£23,000-£25,000PA (Dependant on Experience) £11.50-£12.50 PH
