Recruiting a Receptionist for a permanent role

  • Based in Edinburgh Centre (Office based) for a Property business

About Our Client:

Successful property business in Edinburgh

  • Providing administrative support, ensuring the efficient operation of the department and office premises including stock management
  • Maintaining the reception area, kitchen, and meeting rooms (ensuring these are set up for Internal and external meetings)
  • Greeting clients, suppliers, and associated professionals face to face and being the front face of reception
  • Managing keys in and out of the office and accurately keeping the key log up to date
  • Uploading property, images, floor plans and any other necessary items to our internal sales system
  • Creating final fee and marketing invoices
  • Providing the highest standard of client care and satisfaction
  • Management of the viewing calendars and appointments
  • Management of a database of applicants for available properties
  • Ensuring standards are met and a continuous learning approach is adopted

The Successful Applicant:


  • Proficient in the use of IT systems including MS Word, Excel & Outlook
  • Experienced in a customer service role
  • Confident in administrative tasks
  • Experience in a similar position or with a property background (desirable and not essential)
  • Professional manner

What's on Offer:


  • 37.5 hours a week
  • Fulltime, permanent
