Merchandiser - Manchester, United Kingdom - Maxwell Style Ltd
Description
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage a team of merchandisers
- Develop and implement effective merchandising strategies
- Ensure proper placement and display of products in retail stores
- Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for restocking
- Collaborate with sales team to optimize product visibility and sales performance
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
- Create visually appealing displays using Adobe Illustrator or other design software
- Train and coach team members on merchandising techniques and best practices
- Maintain accurate records of merchandising activities and sales data
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a supervisory or administrative role preferred
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator or other design software
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent leadership and communication abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Multilingual skills are a plus
- Knowledge of retail industry trends and consumer behavior
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
- Willingness to travel as needed
Salary:
£20,500.00-£25,000.00 per year
