Description

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage a team of merchandisers
  • Develop and implement effective merchandising strategies
  • Ensure proper placement and display of products in retail stores
  • Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for restocking
  • Collaborate with sales team to optimize product visibility and sales performance
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
  • Create visually appealing displays using Adobe Illustrator or other design software
  • Train and coach team members on merchandising techniques and best practices
  • Maintain accurate records of merchandising activities and sales data

Requirements:


  • Previous experience in a supervisory or administrative role preferred
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator or other design software
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent leadership and communication abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Multilingual skills are a plus
  • Knowledge of retail industry trends and consumer behavior
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • Willingness to travel as needed

Salary:
£20,500.00-£25,000.00 per year
