Bridon-Bekaert Ropes Group is looking for Import/Export specialist to join its factory in Newcastle.

The main responsibilities of the role are:

To administer exports / imports in line with Company requirements and cost constraints
Deal with logistics budget rate enquiries via approved freight partners ensuring timely responses within set KPI's
Request rates, plan and make bookings with approved freight partners, targeting due dates and within financial budget
Update and check the order book for orders becoming ready and action as required
Create SAP waybill & packing lists
Ensure all Logistics costs are accurately recorded in SAP
Work with all internal functions including the production sites, customer services and credit control to ensure that all documentation is accurate to ensure seamless delivery and invoicing.
A good working knowledge of specific role requirements within Supply Chain
Awareness of importance and principles of CI
A sound understanding of specific jobrelated standards
Understanding of the role's internal relationship with other roles/processes
SAP Experience
