LAR Ventures is seeking a Market Abuse Surveillance Operations Team Lead for a global Commodities trading company in London.
Working alongside the Global Head of Surveillance, you will create and monitor metrics such as MI, KPIs, and KRIs to enhance surveillance, across all areas of the Operating Model.
Other key responsibilities include oversee the Surveillance Data Analytics team's contribution to effective surveillance operations; build procedures and documentation to support visualisations; work with IT / 3rd-party vendors to ensure data is accurately mapped; be responsible for ensuring the effective operation of the market abuse surveillance programme.
Moreover, you will be able to demonstrate excellent communication and collaboration skills with colleagues and stakeholders, experience in developing and implementing data analytics strategies to support effective surveillance operations and the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

£110,000.00-£120,000.00 per year
