Temporary Recruitment Administrator

3-4 month contract

£11.33 per hour

Horley - Hybrid working available
Do you have recruitment administration experience, or an interest to get into internal recruitment? Are you available immediately and can commit to a 3 month plus temporary role? This could be the ideal role for you


Working within the friendly and busy HR team, this exciting role will see you working closely with the Recruitment Coordinators to provide administration support and progress their high volume of internal vacancies.

This is an ongoing Temporary position to support with an additional workload for 3-4 months, potentially longer.

You will work in the office in Horley full time initially while you are training, then there will be the opportunity to work 2-3 days a weekfrom home.


Your duties will be:

  • General recruitment administration
  • Assisting with arranging interviews
  • Advertising jobs
  • Supporting with managing the jobs inbox
  • Updating the database and spreadsheets
  • Any other office based duties such as printing packs, scanning etc

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Possess strong administrative and organisational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, busy environment
  • Possess excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with stakeholders
  • Strong time management and prioritisation skills
  • Good IT/ MS Office skills
  • Be able to learn new systems quickly
  • Previous Recruitment experience and use of an ATS system would be highly advantageous, but not essential
