A fast growing US law firm is looking to hire a new Practice Management Coordinator on a permanent basis, to work closely with the Finance, Operations & HR Directors in addition to the Practice Heads, Partners & Associates to coordinate and monitor workstreams on potential and active cases to help build business across the firm.

The core hours are 9.30am - 5.30pm with a salary of up to £55,000 on offer plus agile working 3 days in the office, 2 at home.


Responsibilities for the Practice Management Coordinator will include assisting the two Practice Heads to manage the practice, being responsible for providing recommendations to the Practice Heads for resource allocations and utilisations and ensuring thoserecommendations are consistent with information barriers, identifying with and understand the needs of lawyers across the practice and working with Practice Heads to resolve Fee-Earner needs/issues and ensure they have the available resources, being responsiblefor the tracking, identifying of and challenging any discrepancies in these forecasted activities as against recorded time, assisting with resource allocations and workload management for Fee-Earners, helping align Fee-Earners' interests, objectives, and careerdevelopment to new matters, wherever possible, whilst ensuring client needs are met.

Other duties will includebeing responsible for analysing overall Fee-Earner time performance to the Practice Heads, HR, and Finance Director for preparation of monthly reportingto the Management Committee, managing conflicts and disputes related to resource allocation, with the guidance of the Training Principal and Operations and HR Directors, liaise on legal intern matters including onboarding, allocation of supervisors, performancefeedback, contract renewals and recommendations and with support from the HR department, assist with intern coordination including work allocation planning, managing secondments and trainee seats, monitoring headcount, ensuring best practices, assisting withmanaging the SQE/QWE scheme as well as general training and chairing monthly meetings under the guidance of the Training Principal.


  • 5.30pm with a salary of up to £55,000 on offer.
