HEAD OF MARKETING
Fundamentally you will be a key part in the Joules product and brand success with consumers.

A key focus will be to harness the social media opportunity, creating a strong and relevant brand platform to drive customer engagement - this is not the only focus though as the Head of Marketing will take the product and brand to market through all channels and across all product categories.

It is critical to have an affinity and feeling for Joules as a brand, as well as an inherent understanding of the country way of life that the business and its consumers enjoy.


The Head of Marketing will work closely with the Founder and Senior team across Retail, Digital, Wholesale, Licensed and Friends of Joules channels.

Delivering inspired brand campaigns will be your bread and butter as well as leveraging the opportunities that social media has to offer.


The key outcome for this position is to deliver inspiring brand campaigns that enable us to grow and are loved by our customers.


_ Day to day as the Head of Marketing:_

  • Driving innovative marketing solutions across the business that are aligned to the culture, vision, values and brand of Joules
  • Maximise performance from marketing budget in line with business, product and channel goals (including performance marketing in conjunction with the NEXT team)
  • Optimise and amplify brand perception and awareness across all channels by delivering a compelling and consistent execution of creative vision
  • Partnering with key business stakeholders and third party partner & agency relationships
  • Playing a key part in the Joules leadership team
  • Developing a strategic approach to our Joules Brand Marketing delivery
  • Managing and driving team performance for a high achieving team of 40 people

_What we need you to have: _

  • Background in the development of creative marketing solutions in a lifestyle/fashion/retail consumer facing environment
  • A creative vision coupled with the ability to take the lead on all things creative and marketing
  • Ability to analyse results and adapt future actions accordingly
  • Be able to "think outside of the box" to come up with new ways to achieve our goals
  • Must be able to manage a large team and influence people outside of the Marketing function and outside of the company
