We are looking for a new baker / bakers to join our team due to expansion. This is an exciting time for Crumb as we look to the future.

This is a varied role including both sourdough and viennoiserie/pastry work. Shifts start between 2-8am each day. Working days can include part and full weekends. Salary/hourly rate is dependent on experience.

Experience working in a bakery is a must.


The job will entail:

• Mixing doughs
• Shaping bread
• Baking of sours and pastries
• Viennoiserie
• Pastry
• Working as part of a small team as well as some solo work
• Making sandwiches / sandwich prep
• Working with the other bakers to come up with new flavours
• Cleaning, daily & deep cleaning

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time

Part-time hours: 20-45 per week


Salary:
£8.92-£11.97 per hour
