What will you do:

As a Caretaker you will maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of the entire site, carry out basic maintenance work within the site(s) and report any health and safety issues or/and compliance concerns.

Undertake varied reactive and remedial maintenance tasks in a timely manner
Oversee planned maintenance duties set out by the building manager
Key holding duties for colleagues and students
Undertaking varied reactive and remedial maintenance tasks in a timely manner

Qualifications and Experience

Previous experience in a Caretaker position
Experience of providing excellent customer service
Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt accordingly to the situation
