Are you looking for an exciting new opportunity in a fast paced environment, with the flexibility to work from home after the initial training period?

We are a marketing agency specialising in automotive contact centre solutions.

No automotive experience needed, though previous customer service experience in any capacity is desirable.

As a Customer Support Agent you will be responsible for supporting our clients' marketing needs. With a variety of responsibilities, we are looking for someone to;

  • Make outbound calls, to book service & MOT appointments for existing customers
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience
  • Provide a duty of care to all customers, advising of recommended services to fully maintain their vehicles
  • Identifying upsell opportunities, promoting the benefits of additional products and services as appropriate
  • Proactively action and respond to leads and enquiries from multiple systems within strict time frames
  • Maintain accurate customer and vehicle data
  • Support inbound customers with enquiries and convert into bookings
  • Achieve and exceed targets
Full training and induction will be provided. (Office based for approx. 6-12 weeks depending on previous experience then the option for hybrid working)


If you are an excellent communicator with a friendly telephone manner, you have good IT skills with the ability to multi task, self-motivated and have a strong attention to detail, this is the perfect position for you.


Opening hours:
Monday-Thursday 8am-8pm
Friday 8am-6pm
Saturday 9am-5.30pm
Full and part time positions available with the flexibility to work around other commitments such as studying and childcare.

Starting pay £10.50 per hour with a competitive commission structure.
30 days paid holiday + extra days for length of service
