Mortgage Specialist to join the team

The role

Completion of Residential and Buy To Let first charge mortgage processing.
Reading and interpretation of Credit reports
Researching and Instructing Valuations.
Keeping up to date with product and criteria.
Checking supporting documents within money laundering and financial crime guidelines.
An analytical approach to work.
Complying with company policies and procedures.
Managing workflows and day to day diary management.
Placement of cases with a suitable lender

Essential Experience

Ability to hit deadlines
Ability to use initiative.
Ability to hit work well in a team.
Experience in a mortgage administration role or equivalent role within the mortgage industry

Desirable Experience

CeMap or Equivalent but not essential
Underwriting experience (preferably mortgage underwriting not necessarily mandated)

Working hours and salary

Hours:
Monday to Friday, 9.00 to 17.30

Annual Leave: 25 days + bank holidays

Salary:
£24,000 to £28,000

£24,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
