Working with Landlord investor-based clients, you will be working with some prestigious commercial portfolios consisting of office, industrial and retail property types.


The Role:

  • Building Maintenance
  • A building that is well looked after keeps its value and can prevent largescale failure.
  • Building Surveys
  • Whether it is commercial, industrial or retail properties, leasehold or freehold acquisitions of individual properties or national portfolios, you will carry out specialist technical due diligence service to scrutinise every aspect of thetransaction, leaving no stone unturned and your advice is independent, professional and can be tailored to specific client requirements.
  • Development & Project Monitoring
  • If a client has a commercial interest in development, but no immediate control over its construction, you will protect their interests and keep them fully informed.
  • Dilapidations
- acting for both Landlords and tenants to provide pragmatic advice on how best to manage dilapidations issues, both during a lease and at expiry.

  • Project Management/ Contract Administration
- listen to client property needs and business drivers and help develop a strategy and then project manage it to completion.

  • Reinstatement Cost Assessments
- undertaking single property or a large portfolio of Reinstatement Cost Assessments.

The Person:
Ideally, you will be MRICS qualified, although this is not essential.

You must have experience working as a Building Surveyor on a commercial portfolio consisting of offices, industrial or retail properties.
