Study start-up Specialist

3-month contract

London based (3 days on site, 2 days remote)

£35,000-£40,000 per annum

CPL Life Sciences are actively recruiting for an experienced start-up specialist to join a leading Academic institute for an initial 3 month contract.

The position will involve all start-up activities from site identification through to pre-initiation, being a supportive member of the wider clinical research team.

Key activities and responsibilities involve:

Working within a team of study startup specialists
Ethic committee submissions
Study site strategy development
Deliver highquality sitespecific document and essential regulatory documents
Building relationships with investigators and site staff
Review and amend EC submissions when required
Country/site specific

Informed Consent Forms:
review and negotiate as needed

Filing of the study Essential Documents
Main point of contact for study teams in relation to country/site plans
Problem solve site issues

Experience required:

Previous experience working within an academic institute or similar clinical research setting
Strong EC submission experience
IRAS system/amendment tool
Strong work ethic and professional manner
Customer/client focused skills
Proactive with good time management
Good attention to detail
