Following the retirement of their previous Director, they are now seeking to appoint a new Director of Human Resources, who will report to the Chief Strategy Officer and their Secretary.
The new Director will be responsible for the delivery and refresh of the HR Strategic Framework, will help to deliver their strategic ambitions through the recruitment, development and nurturing of its people, and will deliver, through their teams, high-qualitystrategic, professional and transactional HR services.
Leading over 70 colleagues distributed across five core teams, of Professional & Advisory, People Development, Operations, Pensions and Occupational Health, the new Director will be an experienced andcommitted HR professional seeking the opportunity to develop their career further in this important role.
Their new Director of HR will also be committed to the success of the institution their partners and the communities they serve and will demonstrate this commitment by engaging with all stakeholders, including staff, students and the wider community as asenior leader of them.
