We are seeking a GRC Specialist, working in our InfoSec Team, to enable us to continue to reduce infosec risk, advance the security of our products, our data, our infrastructures, our people and protect our brand and reputation.

Day to day this role will involve maturing our infosec risk framework to make it scalable and measurable, to be the main point of contact for all third party security requirements and to further our efforts in obtaining and maintaining certifications to compliance frameworks such as SOC2.

This is alongside policy management, continued development of our external-facing security posture and audit as required.

In your role, you will:

Manage and mature Security risk, working closely alongside Risk and Audit teams.
Own third party and Supply Chain Security, whether that is requirements from our customers, or the technologies we use ourselves.
Mature our policies, our public facing web page and our security White Paper.
Help us automate our way out of manual processes.
Drive our maturity in relevant areas of compliance, notably but not exclusively, SOC
Be a champion for all things infosec risk across the business.
Assist with Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity efforts.

We are looking for people with:

A proven ability to drive GRC change in a fast-paced environment.
Experience of taking a company through SOC II compliance (or similar, e.g. ISO27001)
A technologist who can help us 'automate the boring stuff'.
An ability to both strategise and then deliver change in a largely autonomous environment.
A passion for security and risk in the internet and digital economy.
A pragmatist who knows how to balance risk vs pace of innovation.
An infosec risk expert with a solid knowledge of compliance frameworks.
A reasonable understanding of the risks of Cloud environments.
