£24,000
+ up to 25% on-target bonus

Origin Hope is a fast-growing business in content and news media. In its fourth year, Origin Hope is now in a period of rapid growth, adding clients across the world.

We're a media-tech startup using new technologies (including artificial intelligence) to create quality content faster and at lower cost than traditional alternatives.

As a member of our team, you will be responsible for generating new leads, qualifying and managing prospects as well as proposing and closing sales deals.

You will help us expand our client base, build long-term relationships, and drive sales in a planned, measured way.

Working closely with the CEO and the leadership team, you will get the support you need to learn and develop in your role.

Your voice and ideas will influence the way we develop strategy and grow the business.


Role and responsibilities

• Develop sales leads: Research and identify potential clients within our target industries. We'll give you tools and support to help you do this.
• Prospect qualification: Engage with prospective clients to understand their marketing content goals and challenges.
• Sales conversations: Communicate the value proposition of our content services to potential clients. Tailor persuasive sales presentations and proposals to address their specific needs. Close deals.
• Relationship building: Develop and nurture strong relationships with clients to foster valuable, longterm partnerships and customer success.
• Sales reporting and forecasting: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and opportunities. Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the sales management team.
• Some experience in selling professional services, whether this is in a parttime/temporary job during your student years, or from a year or two of work after leaving education.
• Able to work flexibly, including time with colleagues in our Norwich office as required.
• Able to demonstrate an interest in the developing landscape of content and news media and in the way new tools and technologies are being used in this space.
• It will be a plus if you can demonstrate some experience working with international & multicultural teams and/or international businesses. You will be required to travel nationally and internationally from timetotime.
