We're looking for a talented Operations Supervisor to join us on a full-time, permanent basis working Monday to Friday, 0900 to 1700 at our Heathrow site.

What you'll do on a typical day:

  • Overseeing daily operations & workflow
  • Creating & supporting operational processes.
  • Ensuring team follows company policies and standards.
  • Evaluating performance and provide feedback to manager
  • Provide operational updates to manager on regular basis.
  • Provide exceptional services and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Helping to resolve issues and disputes.

What you need to succeed at XPO:

  • Understanding of Freight
  • Air / Sea / Road / Customs
  • Excellent communication skills you'll be speaking regularly with various stakeholders
  • Good understanding of Microsoft packages including Excel and Outlook
