Customer Service Representative
- Customer Service Representative Duties:_
- Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and timely manner
- Handle and resolve customer complaints or issues with empathy and patience
- Maintain accurate customer records by updating account information and notes
- Perform data entry tasks to process customer orders, returns, and exchanges
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
- Customer Service Representative Experience:_
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong problemsolving skills to address customer issues
- Proficient in data entry and navigating computer systems
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred

Salary:
£23,422.00-£25,559.00 per year
