Customer Service Representative

  • Customer Service Representative Duties:_
  • Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and timely manner
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints or issues with empathy and patience
  • Maintain accurate customer records by updating account information and notes
  • Perform data entry tasks to process customer orders, returns, and exchanges
  • Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
  • Customer Service Representative Experience:_
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong problemsolving skills to address customer issues
  • Proficient in data entry and navigating computer systems
  • Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred

Salary:
£23,422.00-£25,559.00 per year
