ROLE SUMMARY:


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Data Warehouse Ownership
  • Assume primary ownership of the data warehouse, overseeing its development, maintenance, and optimization.


  • Stakeholder Management

  • Liaise with senior management to understand their data and reporting needs.
  • Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate them into sophisticated data solutions.
  • Utilize advanced Power BI skills to develop complex and insightful dashboards and reports.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to other team members in the use of Power BI for data analysis and reporting.


  • Data Analysis

  • Conduct indepth and advanced data analysis to identify intricate trends, patterns, and insights that drive informed decisionmaking.
  • Data Governance and GDPR Compliance
  • Lead the implementation and enforcement of robust data governance policies to maintain the integrity and security of the data warehouse.
  • ML and AI Expertise
  • Integrate advanced machine learning and artificial intelligence capabilities into data analytics and reporting processes.
  • Collaboration with Global Teams
  • Collaborate closely with global IT teams, developers, and data engineers to implement and maintain advanced data warehouse solutions.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:


  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics).
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Senior Data Analyst with a focus on data warehouse management.
  • Proven ownership experience, demonstrating the ability to drive data initiatives.
  • Strong proficiency in Power BI and other advanced data visualization tools.
  • Excellent understanding of advanced data analytics, data modelling, and database management.
  • Demonstrated success in gathering and interpreting business requirements.
  • Solid knowledge of data governance principles and practices, including GDPR compliance.
  • Expertise in advanced ETL processes and tools.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide mentorship and guidance.
  • Experience working collaboratively with global teams.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proactive problemsolving attitude with meticulous attention to detail.
