Description

Purpose Playing a key role within the organisation you will use your advanced skills/experience in data management to provide valuable insight and support to the supply chain and broader business. You'll communicate well & be the catalyst for improving performance.


You will help create the environment for the team to deliver and develop, you will challenge constructively but hold yourself and the team to account.

Key accountabilities

  • You will be an expert at producing reports and dashboards to ensure best in class reporting and analytics. Regularly updating the Supply Chain function and wider business on KPI performance for internal and external stakeholders. You provide root causeanalysis, workload forecasts and adhoc analysis.
  • You will provide expertise into data analytics, performance reporting and have a proven track record of using this to inform decisions to the stakeholder
  • You will consistently achieve strong results, through being agile and making smart decisions and delivering on your promises.
  • You will look ahead to anticipate problems and use your judgement and insight to preempt them whilst influencing positive change.
  • You are responsible for managing, refining and troubleshooting issues with the ETL process for a number of Access databases.
  • You always think about the bottom line and ask if what you are doing will add the most value.

  • You will be expert in providing insight to solve complex data management issues, driving continuous improvement in performance & helping to prioritise new projects and initiatives.
  • You will be an expert in demonstrating how compliance is achieved against NG Data Management principles and standards.
