A fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Production supervisor with experience in designing and delivering productions to join our creative and friendly team.

We are looking for a highly motivated, ambitious individual with industry experience in delivering event production, video production and team management.

The job responsibilities include;

• Building and developing long term client relationships through exceptional client care
• Managing team of technicians
• Advising on technical solutions for live, virtual and hybrid events.

• Supporting sales efforts

• Providing quotations, drawings and specifications.
• Arranging and booking crew and equipment logistics for events.
• Excellent organisational skills.
• Excellent client care with a friendly approachable manner at all times.
• Ability to produce accurate costings & quotations.
• Works comfortably alone and as part of a team.
• Experience in Virtual Events (Desirable but not necessary)
• Evidence of developments made within previous employments.
• Experience of working with clients of all ages and from a wide range of backgrounds.
• Good time keeping and time management of tasks and people.
• Rigging certificate and iPAF licence (Desirable but not necessary)
• Working knowledge of Health & Safety at Work Act.

Salary - Competitive (based on experience) + Overtime + Sales Bonus

£18,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
