Energy House Labs at the University of Salford has a growing international profile and is recruiting to grow.

The unit runs across four labs running a wide variety of large and small projects focused on net zero homes, building performance and digital energy.

The School of Science Engineering and Environment is focused on quality of life for society, industry collaboration and is making significant investments in new facilities.


The Smart Energy Research Assistant will be joining to become part of the dynamic Energy House Labs Team at the University of Salford.

The successful applicant will be part of a rapidly growing team in the field of net zero for the domestic built environment, supporting the commercial and funded research programmes across the group.

This will involve working for projects on energy flexibility, energy management systems, building energy performance and other related areas.

This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your skills in a major growth area for the University with a potential to grow your skills and experience in delivering world-class research.
